Veinfall SMP Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all access to and use of Veinfall SMP, including the Veinfall SMP server, MCsets-powered webstore, ranks, coins, digital packages, Discord server, Discord bots, support systems, events, giveaways, websites, and the custom software known as Veinfall Client.

By joining Veinfall SMP, using our server, joining or interacting with our Discord server, using our Discord bots, using our support systems, purchasing from our store, downloading or using Veinfall Client, receiving digital goods, or participating in any Veinfall SMP service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Veinfall SMP, do not join the Discord server, do not use our Discord bots, do not download or use Veinfall Client, do not make purchases, and do not participate in Veinfall SMP services.

1. Definitions

"Veinfall SMP", "Veinfall", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Veinfall SMP server, staff team, store configuration, Discord community, Discord bots, websites, Veinfall Client, support systems, events, giveaways, and related services.
"User", "player", "customer", "member", "you", and "your" refer to any person who accesses, plays on, purchases from, downloads, installs, or interacts with Veinfall SMP or any related service.
"Server" means the official Veinfall SMP gameplay server, including its gameplay systems, worlds, plugins, ranks, coins, economy, rules, staff actions, and player data.
"Discord Server" means the official Veinfall SMP Discord community and all channels, threads, roles, support tickets, announcements, voice channels, events, and Discord-based systems.
"Discord Bots" means any bot operated, configured, owned, used, or authorized by Veinfall SMP for moderation, tickets, verification, linking, support, logging, economy, giveaways, announcements, commands, automation, utilities, or community features.
"Veinfall Client" means the custom client, launcher, installer, updater, client-side files, interface, configurations, integrations, assets, and related software provided by or for Veinfall SMP.
"MCsets" refers to the third-party platform used to host and operate our webstore and checkout systems.
"Store" means the Veinfall SMP store powered by MCsets, including any official store domain such as veinfallsmp.shop, checkout pages, packages, subscriptions, coupons, and digital products.
"Digital Goods" means ranks, coins, permissions, commands, cosmetics, crate keys, kits, tags, bundles, upgrades, perks, virtual currency, subscriptions, or any other non-physical server item.
"Ranks" means paid or free server groups that may include permissions, cosmetics, commands, tags, kits, or other in-game benefits.
"Coins" means virtual currency or store-related credit usable only within Veinfall SMP systems.
"User Content" means any messages, usernames, nicknames, skins, images, videos, reports, tickets, support messages, builds, signs, books, item names, Discord posts, files, attachments, or other content submitted by users.
"Chargeback" means a payment dispute, bank dispute, card dispute, PayPal dispute, unauthorized transaction claim, reversal, or similar payment challenge.

2. Services Covered by These Terms

These Terms apply to all Veinfall SMP services, including but not limited to:

The Veinfall SMP server.
The Veinfall SMP Discord server.
Veinfall SMP Discord bots.
The Veinfall SMP store powered by MCsets.
Ranks, coins, subscriptions, and digital packages.
Veinfall Client.
Support tickets and staff support systems.
Events, giveaways, promotions, announcements, and community systems.
Any website, download, update system, or related platform operated for Veinfall SMP.

We may add, remove, rename, change, disable, replace, or discontinue services or features at any time.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your game account, Microsoft account, Discord account, payment method, device, Veinfall Client installation, and any information entered into our systems.

Actions taken on your account may be treated as actions taken by you. This includes purchases, rule violations, chat messages, Discord messages, bot commands, ticket messages, coin spending, chargebacks, gameplay actions, downloads, Veinfall Client activity, and client usage.

Veinfall SMP is not responsible for issues caused by account sharing, hacked accounts, weak passwords, compromised emails, stolen payment methods, friends, siblings, family members, or anyone else using your account or device.

You may not impersonate staff, bots, players, community members, partners, Discord, Microsoft, Mojang, MCsets, or any other person or company.

4. Veinfall SMP Server Rules and Gameplay

By joining or playing on Veinfall SMP, you agree to follow all server rules, staff instructions, and community standards.

You may not cheat, hack, exploit, scam, grief, harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, abuse bugs, duplicate items, use unauthorized clients, evade bans, abuse alternate accounts, charge back, commit fraud, abuse staff, abuse players, abuse systems, or interfere with server operations.

Purchasing ranks, coins, subscriptions, or any other digital goods does not exempt you from server rules.

Staff may enforce rules against paid and unpaid players equally.

5. Discord Server Rules

By joining or interacting with the Veinfall SMP Discord server, you agree to follow these Terms, our Discord rules, staff instructions, and Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You may not use the Discord server to harass others, threaten others, dox others, post illegal content, post harmful content, spam, scam, advertise without permission, impersonate staff, abuse tickets, evade punishments, raid the server, abuse voice channels, misuse bots, or disrupt the community.

Staff may delete messages, lock channels, close tickets, remove roles, mute, timeout, kick, ban, blacklist, or restrict users at any time when needed for safety, moderation, support, or server management.

Access to the Discord server is not guaranteed. Being removed from the Discord server does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

6. Discord Bots

Veinfall SMP may use Discord bots for moderation, tickets, verification, account linking, logging, giveaways, roles, announcements, commands, support, automation, security, and community features.

By using our Discord server or interacting with our bots, you understand that bots may process information such as Discord usernames, Discord IDs, server messages, command usage, ticket content, role information, moderation actions, timestamps, linked game usernames, and other information needed for bot functionality.

You may not abuse, spam, exploit, reverse engineer, attack, overload, bypass, manipulate, or interfere with our Discord bots or bot systems.

Bot commands, features, responses, permissions, logs, and automation may change at any time. We do not guarantee that bots will always be online, error-free, secure, or available.

Bot data may be used by staff to investigate reports, enforce rules, respond to tickets, verify purchases, resolve account issues, prevent abuse, or protect the community.

7. Support Tickets and Support Systems

Support is handled through the official Veinfall SMP Discord server unless we announce another official support method.

Support tickets may be logged, reviewed, archived, referenced, or shared with relevant staff members for support, moderation, purchase verification, refund review, bug investigation, or safety reasons.

Opening duplicate tickets, abusing support, lying to staff, threatening staff, submitting fake evidence, or using support systems to harass others may result in ticket closure, loss of support access, Discord punishment, Veinfall SMP punishment, or purchase restrictions.

We do not guarantee a specific support response time or a specific outcome.

8. Veinfall Client License

Veinfall Client is provided as custom software for accessing, updating, managing, or enhancing the Veinfall SMP experience.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Veinfall Client for personal use only.

You do not own Veinfall Client, its code, branding, designs, assets, interfaces, systems, configurations, or related files. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Veinfall SMP or the applicable rights holders.

We may update, change, disable, restrict, replace, or discontinue Veinfall Client at any time.

9. Veinfall Client Rules

You may not:

Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or reupload Veinfall Client without permission.
Modify, tamper with, bypass, disable, or interfere with Veinfall Client security, update systems, authentication, restrictions, checks, or protections.
Use Veinfall Client to cheat, exploit, automate gameplay, bypass rules, gain unfair advantages, attack servers, scrape data, or harm other users.
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by applicable law.
Use fake versions, modified versions, cracked versions, malware-infected versions, unauthorized mirrors, or unofficial download links.
Inject malicious code, unauthorized mods, hacked clients, macros, bots, scripts, or prohibited tools into Veinfall Client.
Use Veinfall Client in a way that violates Veinfall SMP rules or applicable third-party platform rules.

Violation of these rules may result in loss of access to Veinfall Client, server punishments, Discord punishments, removal of benefits, blocked purchases, or account bans.

10. Veinfall Client Updates, Compatibility, and Availability

Veinfall Client may require updates to function correctly. We may require users to update before joining Veinfall SMP or using certain features.

Veinfall Client may not work on every device, operating system, game version, mod loader, Java version, driver, network, account type, or configuration.

We do not guarantee that Veinfall Client will always be compatible, bug-free, secure, uninterrupted, or available.

Veinfall Client bugs, crashes, update failures, compatibility issues, missing features, or downtime do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

11. Veinfall Client Security and User Responsibility

Only download Veinfall Client from official Veinfall SMP sources.

You are responsible for keeping your device, game account, Microsoft account, Discord account, passwords, and authentication methods secure.

We are not responsible for damage, account loss, data loss, malware, stolen accounts, stolen credentials, or security issues caused by unofficial downloads, fake clients, modified clients, third-party websites, unsafe files, account sharing, or compromised devices.

Veinfall SMP will never ask for your Microsoft password. If authentication is needed, use only official authentication methods provided through legitimate account systems.

12. Veinfall Client Data, Logs, and Diagnostics

Veinfall Client and related systems may process technical information needed for functionality, security, updates, crash diagnostics, account linking, support, and abuse prevention.

This may include information such as game username, account identifier, Discord ID if linked, Veinfall Client version, operating system type, crash reports, error logs, update status, server connection data, feature status, timestamps, and security-related signals.

We may use this information to provide updates, fix bugs, investigate crashes, prevent cheating, protect Veinfall SMP, verify support requests, enforce rules, and improve Veinfall SMP services.

Do not submit private information through logs, crash reports, screenshots, support tickets, usernames, chat messages, or public channels unless necessary for support.

13. Digital Goods Only

All products sold through the Veinfall SMP store are digital goods only. No physical items will be shipped or delivered.

Digital goods may include ranks, coins, rank upgrades, kits, crate keys, commands, tags, cosmetics, bundles, temporary perks, seasonal perks, subscription benefits, or other in-game items.

Digital goods have no real-world cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, physical goods, or anything outside of Veinfall SMP.

14. MCsets-Powered Store

Our store is powered by MCsets. MCsets and its related payment providers may assist with checkout, order processing, taxes, billing systems, fraud checks, refunds, disputes, payment handling, and delivery systems.

Veinfall SMP controls the server, ranks, coins, package setup, item descriptions, support decisions, rules, staff enforcement, and in-game delivery configuration.

By purchasing from our store, you understand that MCsets, payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud prevention providers, and other third-party services may also apply their own terms, policies, processing times, and requirements.

15. Correct Username Required

You are responsible for entering the correct in-game username during checkout.

If you enter the wrong username, your purchase may be delivered to the wrong account. Veinfall SMP is not required to refund, replace, duplicate, transfer, or reissue purchases caused by incorrect customer information.

Staff may choose to help fix username mistakes if the purchase can be verified, but this is not guaranteed.

16. Delivery of Purchases

Most purchases are delivered automatically through MCsets and server-side delivery systems. Delivery may take a few seconds, several minutes, or longer depending on payment verification, server status, plugin status, queue status, player online status, technical delays, account linking, or third-party issues.

A purchase may be considered delivered when the digital goods are applied, credited, assigned, activated, queued, or otherwise made available to the in-game account provided at checkout.

If a purchase does not appear, you must contact Veinfall SMP through our official Discord support system before opening any chargeback or dispute.

17. Ranks

Ranks are digital server benefits linked to the in-game account provided during checkout.

Ranks may include permissions, cosmetics, kits, commands, tags, chat features, or other perks. The exact benefits of a rank may change at any time for balance, fairness, technical, legal, plugin, platform, MCsets, EULA, abuse-prevention, or server-management reasons.

Purchasing a rank does not grant ownership of Veinfall SMP, staff authority, immunity from rules, guaranteed access forever, guaranteed uptime, guaranteed gameplay results, or permanent access to every specific perk forever.

18. Coins and Virtual Currency

Coins are virtual currency usable only on Veinfall SMP.

Coins are not real money, bank credit, gift cards, cryptocurrency, securities, or stored-value financial instruments.

Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, transferred outside the server, sold for real money, exchanged for gift cards, converted to cryptocurrency, or refunded after use.

We may modify, reset, remove, rebalance, limit, or disable coin systems at any time for gameplay balance, fraud prevention, technical reasons, economy protection, server resets, or rule enforcement.

19. Fair Play and Compliance

Veinfall SMP aims to maintain a fair server environment and follow applicable platform commercial usage expectations.

Ranks, coins, and paid perks may be modified, limited, rebalanced, replaced, or removed if we believe they create unfair gameplay, violate rules, harm the community, create technical issues, or require compliance changes.

Changes made for fairness, compliance, balance, or server health do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

20. Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Because ranks, coins, and other packages are digital goods that may be delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided after an order is completed, delivered, activated, redeemed, used, partially used, or made available.

By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital content and understand that your purchase may become final once delivery begins or the item is made available.

21. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds may only be considered in limited cases, such as duplicate payment errors, confirmed delivery failure that cannot be fixed, incorrect delivery caused by our system, clearly verified unauthorized payment, or where required by applicable law.

Refunds are normally not provided because you changed your mind, stopped playing, entered the wrong username, bought the wrong item, expected different benefits, failed to read the description, were banned, were muted, lost items, lost coins, experienced a reset, experienced downtime, experienced Veinfall Client issues, or disliked a server change.

All refund requests must be made through our official Discord support system.

22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Veinfall SMP through Discord support before opening a chargeback, bank dispute, card dispute, PayPal dispute, unauthorized transaction claim, or similar payment reversal.

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, Veinfall SMP may remove ranks, coins, items, permissions, packages, subscriptions, and benefits connected to the disputed purchase.

We may also suspend, ban, blacklist, restrict, or block the in-game account, Discord account, related accounts, Veinfall Client access, and future purchases connected to the dispute.

We may provide order records, delivery logs, usernames, account identifiers, coin records, rank records, support messages, server logs, Discord IDs, ticket logs, Veinfall Client logs, and other relevant evidence to MCsets, payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud providers, or dispute handlers.

23. Server Resets and Changes

Veinfall SMP may reset, update, change, rebalance, or modify the server at any time.

This may include world resets, map resets, economy resets, season resets, coin adjustments, rank changes, kit changes, crate changes, command changes, permission changes, plugin updates, store changes, bot changes, Discord changes, Veinfall Client changes, or gameplay balancing.

Purchases do not guarantee that the same exact map, economy, perks, features, prices, coin values, rewards, Veinfall Client features, or gameplay systems will remain unchanged forever.

24. Downtime and Technical Issues

Veinfall SMP is provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee that the server, store, Discord server, Discord bots, Veinfall Client, plugins, ranks, coins, delivery systems, or related services will always be online, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Downtime may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, crashes, bugs, attacks, plugin errors, platform issues, Discord issues, bot issues, MCsets issues, payment issues, Veinfall Client issues, authentication issues, or other third-party outages.

Temporary downtime, lag, maintenance, delivery delays, bugs, crashes, interruptions, missing bot features, or Veinfall Client errors do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

25. Staff Decisions and Enforcement

Veinfall SMP staff may investigate reports, enforce rules, issue punishments, remove benefits, correct purchases, reverse exploit gains, manage support requests, moderate Discord, configure bots, restrict Veinfall Client access, and make final decisions about Veinfall SMP-related matters.

Staff decisions may be based on chat logs, command logs, server logs, plugin data, anti-cheat alerts, Discord messages, Discord bot logs, screenshots, recordings, reports, support tickets, purchase records, Veinfall Client logs, or other available evidence.

Arguing that you purchased a rank, coins, subscription, or other digital good does not prevent staff from enforcing rules.

26. Fraud and Abuse

You may not abuse, manipulate, bypass, exploit, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with Veinfall SMP, MCsets, payment systems, coupon systems, delivery systems, rank systems, coin systems, plugins, Discord systems, Discord bots, support systems, websites, Veinfall Client, server infrastructure, or update systems.

Fraud or abuse may result in order cancellation, removal of benefits, blocked purchases, support denial, Discord restrictions, Veinfall Client restrictions, server bans, blacklists, or reports to payment providers and relevant platforms.

27. Coupons, Sales, Promotions, Events, and Giveaways

Coupons, sales, discounts, giveaways, bundles, promotions, limited-time offers, Discord events, server events, and community rewards may be changed, cancelled, limited, or removed at any time.

Discounts are not retroactive. If you buy something before a sale, you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or price adjustment.

If a coupon, sale, giveaway, reward, or promotion is caused by an error, exploit, typo, misconfiguration, bot issue, staff mistake, or unauthorized use, we may cancel, correct, reverse, or remove it.

Giveaway and event rewards may have eligibility requirements. We may deny or remove rewards if we believe a user cheated, used alternate accounts, manipulated entries, violated rules, or abused the system.

28. Subscriptions

If Veinfall SMP offers subscriptions or recurring packages, the subscription terms shown at checkout apply.

You are responsible for cancelling recurring payments before renewal if you no longer want the subscription.

Forgetting to cancel, not using the subscription, being banned, being muted, being removed from Discord, losing Veinfall Client access, or stopping play does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

29. User Content

You are responsible for User Content you submit, post, upload, send, build, display, or share through Veinfall SMP services.

You may not submit User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, scam-related, or otherwise inappropriate for our community.

By submitting User Content to Veinfall SMP services, you grant us permission to use, store, display, moderate, remove, copy, reference, and review that content as needed to operate, moderate, support, secure, and promote Veinfall SMP.

We may remove or restrict User Content at any time.

30. Public Information

Some information may be visible to other players or community members, including your in-game username, nickname, Discord username, Discord display name, rank, roles, chat messages, Discord messages, leaderboard stats, shop listings, event results, punishments, and other public gameplay or community information.

Do not share private information in public chat, Discord channels, support tickets, signs, books, usernames, nicknames, item names, builds, screenshots, or other public areas unless you are comfortable with others seeing it.

31. Third-Party Services

Veinfall SMP may rely on third-party services including MCsets, payment processors, hosting providers, Discord, Microsoft account services, Mojang account services where applicable, plugins, anti-cheat tools, databases, APIs, authentication systems, download hosts, update systems, security systems, and other software or service providers.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, including outages, delays, bugs, account issues, payment reviews, API failures, authentication failures, download failures, malware from unofficial sources, or platform restrictions.

You are responsible for following the terms, rules, and policies of any third-party services you use in connection with Veinfall SMP.

32. Independent Project and Trademark Disclaimer

Veinfall SMP and Veinfall Client are independent community projects.

Veinfall SMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with Microsoft Corporation, Mojang AB, Xbox Game Studios, Discord Inc., MCsets, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated by those parties.

All third-party names, trademarks, logos, game titles, and assets belong to their respective owners. Any references to third-party names are used only to identify compatibility, platform access, account systems, or required disclaimers.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

33. No Warranties

Veinfall SMP, the server, Discord server, Discord bots, store, ranks, coins, digital goods, subscriptions, Veinfall Client, support systems, events, and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the server will always be available, that perks will remain unchanged forever, that plugins will never fail, that bots will always work, that Veinfall Client will always be compatible, that Veinfall Client will always update correctly, that gameplay progress will never be lost, or that all issues will be fixed.

34. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veinfall SMP, its owners, staff, developers, administrators, moderators, bot operators, contractors, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This includes loss of items, loss of coins, loss of ranks, loss of progress, loss of account access, loss of Discord access, loss of Veinfall Client access, loss of gameplay time, lost profits, lost data, downtime, bugs, rollbacks, crashes, malware from unofficial downloads, authentication issues, or third-party service issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific purchase involved in the claim.

35. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, remove, or permanently ban access to Veinfall SMP if we believe a user violated these Terms, violated server rules, violated Discord rules, harmed the community, abused systems, created risk, committed fraud, interfered with operations, misused Veinfall Client, or violated third-party platform rules.

Termination may include server bans, Discord bans, bot restrictions, ticket restrictions, store restrictions, Veinfall Client restrictions, IP restrictions, account restrictions, purchase restrictions, or removal of digital goods.

Termination, suspension, banning, restriction, or removal of benefits does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

36. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms may be posted on the store, Discord server, website, Veinfall Client, or another official location.

Your continued use of Veinfall SMP after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

37. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part shall be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining sections shall remain in effect.

38. No Waiver

If we do not enforce part of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

39. Contact Information

For support, refund requests, purchase issues, payment issues, account problems, Discord issues, bot issues, Veinfall Client issues, privacy questions, or general help, contact Veinfall SMP through our official Discord server.

We do not currently offer support through email. All official support requests must be handled through our Discord server unless we announce another official support method.

40. Final Acknowledgement

By using Veinfall SMP, joining the Discord server, using Discord bots, playing on the server, downloading or using Veinfall Client, opening support tickets, or purchasing from the Veinfall SMP store, you confirm that:

You understand that all purchases are digital goods.
You understand that ranks and coins have no real-world cash value.
You understand that purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
You understand that chargebacks may result in bans and removal of benefits.
You understand that breaking server rules or Discord rules may result in loss of access without refund.
You understand that perks, ranks, coins, packages, bots, Veinfall Client features, and server systems may change over time.
You understand that Veinfall Client is provided as-is and may change or stop working.
You understand that support is handled through Discord unless another official method is announced.
You agree to follow all Veinfall SMP rules and applicable platform rules.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Veinfall SMP, do not join the Discord server, do not use our Discord bots, do not use Veinfall Client, and do not purchase from the store.
